Stephen was born in Surrey in 1964. During his childhood years, Stephen displayed a natural eye for art and enjoyed painting countryside scenes and animals. He lived with his family in Hurstpierpoint in West Sussex for 30 years and now lives in North Devon.
Stephen specialises in landscapes incorporating country folk and farm animals, his paintings depict the true essence of country living. Stephen’s preferred medium is oil, this enables him to capture each piece with true depth, light and composition.
Stephen has been involved in a number of exhibitions and most recently had works accepted into the (RSMA) Royal Society of Marine Artists at the Mall Galleries in London.
